Czech visitors at the Royal Concert Hall

The Prague Symphony Orchestra continue the Nottingham Classics season with a performance at the city’s Royal Concert Hall on Friday, November 27.

Conducted by Pietari Inkinnen, the concert will feature three works, starting with Sarka, one of the most vivid movements from Smetana’s famous tone poem cycle Ma Vlast.

Jennifer Pike will be the soloist in a performance of Beethoven’s Violin Concerto and the concert concludes with the First Symphony of Inkinnen’s fellow Finn, Jean Sibelius.
