Eight bands to play charity event
A total of eight bands from Heanor and its surrounding areas will all be performing live to raise money for children suffering from cancer.
Shipley Working Men’s Club is once again the venue for this year’s gig. Tickets cost £5 beforehand or £6 on the door and can be obtained from any of the bands playing, Shipley Working Men’s Club itself or from the organiser, Andy Whitt.

Hide AdSo far this event has raised over £14,000 for P.A.S.I.C (Parents Association for Seriously Ill Children) based at the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham.
Bands that are appearing this year are Barney Rubblz, Red Nation, Parasite, Empire Will Fall, Ryan Brooks, Curve, Shywolf and Fahran.
