Fun dog show at community fair in Hollingwood

Does your dog have the most appealing eyes or the waggiest tail?

If so, you should take them along to a fun dog show which promises to be a highlight of a summer fair in Hollingwood, near Staveley.

The dog show will include classes for the most handsome dog, prettiest bitch, best puppy (4 to 10 months) and veteran (8 years and over). Entry is £1 per category.

Stalls, kids go-karting, a funfair and a barbecue are among the attractions at the fair at The Hollingwood pub on Saturday, August 22, from 12 noon to 6pm.

The event has been organised by Hollingwood Residents Association.
