Mouth-watering restaurant opens to public at Thoresby Hall Hotel and Spa

A new restaurant offering some of the finest mouth-watering steaks and seafood around has opened its doors at Thoresby Hall Hotel and Spa.

The original Blue Room restaurant at the stunning Nottinghamshire property has undergone an impressive £50,000 refurbishment to create a more contemporary feel and provide diners with a luxury grill-style menu.

The new-look restaurant, which is also open to members of the public, has been sensitively restored to maintain original features in the Grade One listed room.

New furniture, lighting and a contemporary style bar have been added for a more fun and less formal dining experience.

Booth style seating has also been added to continue the sociable atmosphere that Warner Hotels, who own the property, are renowned for.

And diners will not be disappointed with the mouth-watering Waygu steak and lobster dishes, which uses USDA beef sourced from local farmers, on offer on this must-try menu.

The Wagyu steak is prized for its flavour in its native Japan and is locally reared.

The culinary quality on offer certainly cannot be in any doubt, with the chefs recently winning the annual Warner Leisure Hotels Culinary eam of the Year competition.
