Peak District Music Centres' young players in gala concerts

More than 250 of the High Peak's most talented young musicians will perform well-known classics, movie hits and even a touch of jazz at gala concerts.

String and wind ensembles, a big band and a choir from the Peak District Music Centres will perform at Buxton Opera House on Sunday, June 17, at 2pm and 7pm.

Peak District Music Centres is a charitable organisation which brings young musicians together, to help nurture and advance their talents. A number of former players have pursued successful careers in music, and developed a lifelong passion for music and music making.
