Powerful performance in store at RCH

The Halle will make a swift return to the Royal Concert Hall on Tuesday, October 27, for their latest performance in the Nottingham Classics season.

Conducted by Ryan Wigglesworth, and only a month after their last successful visit to the city, they will play two substantial works from the 19th Romantic music repertoire: Berlioz’s Harold In Italy, and Tchaikovsky’s Fourth Symphony.

Harold In Italy is an attractive four-movement work for viola and orchestra. Lawrence Power is the soloist.
