Spiky Mike joins the bill for Giggle Aid

‘Spiky’ Mike Bottomley, who owns and runs the hugely popular Funhouse comedy clubs across the Midlands, will be part of a top lineup of six comedians performing at The Approach, Nottingham, on Sunday, December 6, to raise funds for the Red Cross.

Spiky Mike said: “I’m really excited to be involved in such a prestigious event, with one of the absolute best headline acts in the country - especially as it’s for such a good cause.’

Spiky Mike joins an all-star lineup of TV and radio favourites, including Paul ‘Sinnerman’ Sinha, best known from ITV’s The Chase, Perrier-award winning Christian Reilly and Scotswoman of the Year Janey Godley, Junior Simpson and Sully O’Sullivan.

Funds raised on the night will help the Red Cross bring relief, comfort and hope to vulnerable people facing devastating crises across the UK and overseas. Their lifesaving and life-changing work includes responding to disasters the world over, caring for people in Nottingham after a hospital stay, and supporting people fleeing from conflict.
