Still time to register for V Dub Drive 2014

The show will see classic Volkswagens line up on the promenade at the Pavilion Gardens on Sunday August 10.

Open to aircooled VWs only, from Beetles to Splitscreens, Bays and Karmann Ghias, the whole event is free and will take place on a hardstanding area.

Trophies will be awarded in a number of categories, thanks to sponsorship from several local companies, and a mini cruise in and around Buxton is planned for after the show.

All the facilities at the Pavilion Gardens will be open on the day and there will also be entertainment.

Organiser Tony Bellicoso said: “V Dub Drive has been a huge success over the last two years and we’re hoping that this year’s event is no exception. It’s fantastic to see so many classic VWs lined up on the promenade at the Pavilion Gardens and we’re looking forward to seeing lots of vehicles and visitors on the day.”

Spaces are limited for the event and must be pre-registered by emailing [email protected] with your name, address and contact phone number, vehicle registration number and vehicle type.
