Josie Long postpones live show in Matlock Bath

Comedian Josie Long will be screening her latest stand-up show online after the coronavirus pandemic forced the cancellation of a live performance in Matlock Bath.

Josie was due to perform at The Grand Pavilion on April 16, 2021. She will include the Peak District venue in a tour next year.

Meanwhile, her Tender show will be shown online on April 23; tickets cost £10, available from ticketsource.co.uk

As a mum of a two year old, Josie will be talking about the mind-bending intensity of bringing new life into an ever-changing world in a show which is also about kindness, gentleness and joy. Tender is also about kindness, gentleness and joy.

A cult-optimist, Josie wants her audiences to feel optimistic about the future, although in this current day and age, that’s a big ask. But at the very least there will be some silly voices.
