A spokesman for Bill Kenright Ltd said: “It is with considerable regret that it has become necessary to curtail the current tour of Fame the Musical. Fans of the show have been thrilled by this new production, which has enjoyed a five month run...it simply hasn’t attracted a wide enough audience.”

Fame will be replaced by another Bill Kenwright production called Rock n Roll Heaven which will also be at the Winding Wheel from September 15 to 20.
