Off-road Mountain Bike Riding for Beginners. - Cardlemere Loop. 10.30am to 2.30pm. An 11-mile cycle ride for families along the traffic-free High Peak Trail and Cardlemere Lane – an unsurfaced track. Mostly flat but a challenging short climb and an exhilarating long descent. Meet at Parsley Hay cycle hire centre which is off the A515, Buxton to Ashbourne road, near Monyash , SK17 0DG. Helmets must be worn, packed lunch and weather appropriate clothing needed. Free of charge but donations welcome. To book phone 01629 816211.
