Buxton to host Peak tourist board’s annual conference

Key digital trends and their potential to boost business growth will come under the spotlight at tourist board Visit Peak District & Derbyshire’s annual tourism conference and exhibition.

Jem Lloyd-Williams, Head of Digital Strategy at leading UK media agency Media Com, will be the keynote speaker at the event, on Thursday March 13 in Buxton’s Pavilion Arts Centre and Octagon.

James Berresford, chief executive of VisitEngland, will focus on tourism and the importance of the national visitor economy. Other speakers include Chris Sellors, Managing Director of CW Sellors Fine Jewellers; Jim Harrison, Managing Director of Thornbridge Brewery, and Gillian Scotforth, of Accessible Derbyshire.
