Bakewell has the Last Laugh as comedy club spreads its wings

Toby Foster, one of the stars of Phoenix Nights and host of BBC Radio Sheffield's Breakfast Show, is bringing his Last Laugh Comedy Club to Bakewell Town Hall.

Steve Royle will perform at the Last Laugh comedy club night in Bakewell

The hugely successful club regularly sells out its evenings at Sheffield City Hall every Friday and Saturday night. Now, it’s coming to Bakewell Town Hall every month where Toby hopes to recreate the fantastic atmosphere.

Toby said: “We know that we get loads of people in the club every week who make the trip over from Bakewell, so we thought we’d come and play in your back yard.”

The first night is on Saturday, January 30, and includes Steve Royal and Steve Shanyaski, who last year performed with Toby in Phoenix Nights Live in Manchester, Debra Jane Appelby and Jamie Sutherland.
