Easter fun in thePavilion Gardens

Four days of fun are in store for families at Buxton's Pavilion Gardens over the long Easter weekend.

More than 50 stalls will fill the gardens marquee and promenade each day from 10am until 5pm.

Visitors will be able to pick up handmade gifts, home and garden wear, fashion and accessories, , jewellery, fashion, gardening items, plants, good and drink.

Included in the Easter Extravaganza is plenty of entertainment for all the family. There will be an aster egg hunt, Juggling Jim with his Easter theme, and brass band on the bandstand.

The winners of the Easter Art Competition will have their work displayed throughout the weekend and also during the following events, the farmers market, Saturday bazaar and Garden Plant and Craft show. The overall winner will receive a signed print from the judge, local artist Howard Levitt and the presentation for the winning entries will take place at the Pavilion Gardens on Thursday, April 21, at at 11 am.

The relaxed, family- friendly, Pavilion Café and Art Café offers an escape from the hustle of the Pavilion promenade offering a great selection of fresh locally sourced food and drink.

Also located inside the Pavilion Gardens building is the coffee bar, perfect for those want to sample the highly acclaimed espresso coffee and famous Bradwell’s ice-cream. The Pavilion Gardens coffee bar also offers the chance to eat outside and watch all the Easter entertainment unfold.
