Thirteen of the most expensive homes currently for sale in north Derbyshire

There are plenty of homes available across north Derbyshire to suit all budgets.

The average house price in England, according to the latest UK house price index, for December 2020, is £269,150, while in Derbyshire it is £198,694, up 10.3 per cent on December 2019, when it was £180,100.

The average price in Chesterfield is £171,056, up 6.3 per cent on December 2019, when it was £160,927, while in Amber Valley it is £202,326 and in Derbyshire Dales it is £298,456.

These are some of the most expensive homes on the market in north Derbyshire right now, according to property website Zoopla.

Tom Parker, Zoopla consumer spokesman, says: “With Derbyshire home to the picturesque Peak District National Park, the county has plenty of spectacular properties for sale for more than £1 million for those with deep enough pockets.

“Many boast stunning countryside views and luxurious features including heated indoor swimming pools, walk-in wardrobes and landscaped gardens.”
