Lovell Homes set up the scheme for its Stephenson Grange development in Holmewood, with traditional launches unable to take place due to coronavirus restrictions.
The virtual launch saw the firm set up a buyers’ guide with sales executive Joanne James answering questions on the firm’s Instagram channel, and Mark Finch, director of Mortgage Pathways, offering expert mortgage advice for first-time buyers in an online video.

“In normal circumstances we would have opened our doors and invited people in to celebrate our launch.
"However, obviously things must be done differently at the moment and we’ve actually found people enjoy being able to do some research from their sofa, before making an appointment to visit.”
