Henry Boot Construction win top industry award

Henry Boot Construction has won the Leadership & People Award at the Constructing Excellence in Yorkshire & Humber Awards 2013.

The Awards highlight best practice in the construction industry across the region.

Judges felt that the team at Henry Boot Construction had delivered a number of improvements and enhancements to its work over the last 12 months through clear leadership and training and were impressed with the company’s continued focus on achieving excellence in health and safety.

Richard Grafton, Head of Management Services at Henry Boot Construction, said of their win: “This is another fantastic achievement for the entire Henry Boot Construction team.

“People are at the very heart of what we do and it is an honour to be recognised and rewarded by our peers in the industry in this particular category.”

As a winner, Henry Boot Construction will automatically be entered into the Constructing Excellence National Awards, to be held in London at The Tower, on November 15.
