NEW SALES CENTRE IS OPENED IN DERBYSHIRE

Housebuilder Miller Homes East Midlands has unveiled a new interactive sales centre at its latest Derbyshire development Keepers Grange.

The new marketing suite, which forms part of Newton Village in Stenson Fields, officially opened its doors on Saturday.

The East Midlands is the first region in the country to benefit from Miller Homes’ new concept sales centres.

Visitors to Keepers Grange will be able to have a coffee with an adviser in a light, minimalistic style interior and interact with touch-screen TVs to find out more about the properties and the different ways of purchasing.

Paul Walters, associate director at Miller Homes East Midlands, explains, the team is anticipating a busy time ahead.

“Market confidence is certainly on the rise and buyers know what they want.

“We’ve launched a number of new developments over the past few months and there’s a growing trend for reserving off-plan.

“Many people have waited a long time to buy their new home and they love the idea of watching it being built and like the thought of working alongside us to add those personal little elements wherever possible along the way.

The new Help to Buy scheme will also be available across Keepers Grange, offering a flexible purchase approach for buyers and even greater value for money.

Launched this spring, Help to Buy is available to anyone meeting qualifying criteria, not just first time buyers. It offers the chance to make a purchase with a deposit of just 5%, with an equity loan of up to 20% also provided. This leaves the buyer needing to secure a mortgage for just 75% of the purchase price.
