Organ music group is on the move
An organisation which promotes organ music is relocating to a new venue this summer.
World of Music will be transferring to the Contact Club, Dronfield, from Staveley’s Methodist Church Hall where it has hosted recitals for the past two years.
Performers for the remainder of the current season will be: August 10 - James Sargeant, September 7 - Kevin Grunill, October 12 - Ian Griffin and November 11 - Chris Powell.
The organisation started life as North East Derbyshire Organ Society and its original meeting place was at the Markham Hall in Staveley.
