THIS unfortunate youngster found himself snookered before he even began a game of pool after trying to retrieve money which had fallen down a pocket.
Stephen Calladine, a student at Matlock College of Education’s Rockside Hall, accidentally dropped the 10p coin into the pocket when trying to load it into the automatic slot.
Not one for losing money, Stephen dug his had into the corner pocket in a bid to retrieve the coin and found himself stuck.
His friends struggled to free him for over 20 minutes before eventually calling the fire brigade for some assistance.
Matlock fire officers Roy Blair and John Walker took off the outer part of the table and eventually released him – but not the money.
