Christmas Fayre at Brimington Methodist Church Hall, 11am to 2pm. Stalls include Christmas gifts, crafts, cakes, toiletries, nearly new clothes, jewellery, bric-a-brac. Lunches available.
Christmas fair at Hasland Village Hll, Eastwood Park, Hasland, 2pm to 3.30pm. Raffle, Christmas gift stall, fancy goods stall, tombola, Christmas gift bags, Christmas food, a cake stall, draw for a Christmas hamper. Admission is 30p, free for accompanied children, Refreshments available.
Festival of Fire & Light at Shirland Village Hall, starting at 6.30pm. Lantern walk with story, childrens fancy dress competition, sing-song around the tree of light, fire performer, stalls, hot food and drink plus mulled wine, firework display. All money raised from this event goes towards other events organised during the hall.
