Bakewell: Firecrews called to chimney fire
At 15:23pm yesterday (Saturday 27th December) firefighters from Bakewell attended a chimney fire on Begar Way Lane at Great Longstone.
The chimney was well alight when the fire crew arrived on the scene.
The fire crew used a stirrup pump and chimney rods to extinguish the fire.
The fire was extinguished at 16:43pm with the firefighters leaving the scene shortly afterwards at 16.49pm.
