Primary school pupils spent a week focusing on religion – to celebrate 500 years of the Bible being translated in to English.
Youngsters at All Saints Church of England Infants School, in Matlock, looked at different Bible stories including Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Moses and David.
The week included an open morning for parents to visit the school and find out about the project.
Pupils took part in a range of activities such as painting and creating super hero qualities for their Bible characters.
Children also put together songs, actions and colourful murals depicting the Bible stories and presented them to Rev Richard Reade, during a service in All Saints Church.
Teacher Emma Worrall, said: “The children enjoyed a busy and fun religious education week. They had a brilliant time and took part in lots of creative things.”
