Advice on your home

Architect and TV presenter George Clarke is calling on East Midland homeowners to release their property’s potential by getting expert advice from Architect in the House, run by the housing charity Shelter and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

The UK-wide scheme provides the public with hour-long consultations with RIBA Chartered architects who donate their time for free, and the opportunity to make a suggested donation of £40 to Shelter.

George, says: “The current state of the housing market means that more and more first-time buyers are investing in properties that need renovation.”
