A top chef has been given the top job at one of the Peak District’s most prestigious hotels.
Simon Bradley has been elevated from his position of head chef at East Lodge, to executive group chef.
He will be overseeing the kitchens at the Rowsley hotel and it’s sister hotel, Callow Hall, in Ashbourne – both of which are owned by Elyzian Hospitality.
Simon has trained as an apprentice chef at the Ritz in Paris before working under Raymond Blanc, perfecting his skills at two Michelin star–rated le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons.
He has also worked alongside the BBC’s Great British Menu critic, Oliver Peyton and recently gained East Lodge its prestigious triple Rosette status from the AA.
Stepping in to Simon’s boots as Head Chef at East Lodge is Ben Wilkinson.
Ben has worked his way up to the position of head chef under Simon’s guidance.
