BUSINESS are being invited to bid for a share of a new £17.8 million Government funding pot which aims to bring jobs to the East Midlands.
The Government has awarded the money through its Growing Places Fund to the D2N2 Local Economic Partnership.
Cllr Kevin Parkinson, Derbyshire County Council cabinet member for regeneration, said: “The award is good news for Derbyshire.
“The fund backs our work to help companies overcome obstacles to drive economic growth and bring jobs to the county.”
Applications must be received by noon on April 27.
