Cafe racers showcased at Cromford Mills event

TOP notch racers are being sought after to take part in a classic motorcycle showcase.

Cromford Mills, owned by the Arkwright Society and are seeking the best café racers in the Midlands to showcase in the mill yard on Sunday, May 20.

With awards for winners, the competition is open to as wide array of machines as possible of this uniquely British born style of motorcycle, which today are increasingly regarded the world over as legendary icons.

Anyone wishing to enter the competition should arrive at 1.30pm for judging to commence at 2pm.

There will then be a trophy presentation at 3pm, donated by, which is a Derbyshire business selling spare parts and motorcycles to an international market.
