Car hit tree in icy driving conditions
A car hit a tree in hazardous driving conditions in the Peak District.
Firefighters from Bradwell were called to the A623 at Stoney Middleton following the accident.
The roads were slippy after a sprinkling of snow.
The driver was out on the arrival of the firefighters and the crew made the vehicle safe.
They left the scene at 10.28pm.
