She’s jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet – all in the name of charity.
Gina Needham, 20, is doing a skydive next month to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which grants wishes of children living with life-threatening illnesses
Gina, of Two Dales, said: “I’ve never done anything like this before. I chose Make-A-Wish because I’ve lived my life and done a lot of things I wanted to do and I wanted to give something back.
“Mum and Dad say they are very proud of me but nervous at the same time.”
There is a collection pot for loose change and a sponsorship form in the Manners Pub in Bakewell and Gina also has a sponsorship site at www.doitforcharity.com/georginan.
