CHESTERFIELD: Businesses benefit from budget review seminar

Despite plummeting temperatures and snowy conditions, local business owners braved the elements to come together and hear Chief Economist of EEF Lee Hopley give her views on the economic implications, and Andrew Grant gave a review of the tax issues within the budget.
