Maciej Henryk Wisniewski, 27, of The Carwash, Cromford Hill, Matlock. Took a vehicle without the consent of the owner and owing to the driving of the vehicle an accident occurred and damage was caused to another vehicle. Fined £300 and must pay £300 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Used a vehicle on a road without insurance. No separate penalty. Licence or counterpart endorsed. Commission of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge for an offence of being drunk and disorderly. No action taken on the breach.

Nicholas Paul Robinson, 21, of Chestnut Avenue, Killamarsh. Drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £600 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence or counterpart endorsed with eight points.

Damage

Jack Daniel Skillicorn, 18, of Haslam Court, Chesterfield. Damaged a wooden door belonging to Barnardos. Twice entered Chesterfield town centre which he was prohibited from doing by an anti-social behaviour order. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for eight weeks. Used threatening behaviour. No separate penalty. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences of two counts of possessing cannabis, and one count of receiving stolen goods, one of stealing a speaker and failing to surrender to custody. Suspended sentence of detention of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Also dealt with for an original offence of assault which the original suspended sentence order was given. Suspended sentence of detention of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months consecutively.

Daniel Bryan Lowe, 30, of Langhurst Court, Wenlock Close, Chesterfield. Damaged a Mini Cooper vehicle. Community order with 50 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Commission of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge for threatening behaviour. Order to continue.

Scott Allsop, 30, of North Parade, Matlock Bath. Possession of a quantity of cannabis, a controlled class B drug. Fined £74 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Possession of a quantity of cannabis resin, a controlled class B drug. No separate penalty.

Theft

Jenny Smout, 29, of Gladstone Road, Chesterfield. Stole a bottle of wine valued at £5 belonging to Spar shop. Must pay £5 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge. Stole a hose pipe valued at £55.91 belonging to Asda. Stole eight packs of bacon belonging to One Stop valued at £20.72. Must pay £20.72 compensation. Stole a bottle of Malibu rum valued at £18 belonging to Ashoka Indian Restaurant. Must pay £18 compensation. Discharged conditionally for two years.

Craig Anthony Dickson, 27, of Bacons Lane, Birdholme, Chesterfield. Stole food and cosmetics valued at £152.68 belonging to Sainsburys. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Dishonestly received stolen goods namely a Canon camera, Panasonic camcorder, gift vouchers and two XBox games. Committed to prison for 18 weeks consecutively. Lyndsay Hall, 37, of St Lawrence Avenue, Bolsover. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. Discharged conditionally for one year. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £35 costs.
