ASSAULT

David Dixon, 48, of Fair View Road, Dronfield. Assault. Community order until March, 2015, with an eight-week curfew and electronic monitoring. Must pay £50 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. No separate penalty.

Bradley Willis, 20, of The Square, Danesmoor, Chesterfield. Assault. Fined £75 and must pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

Jake James Skipp, 22, of St Mark’s Close, Cromford. Three counts of assault. Community order until January, 2016, with a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision. Fined £37 and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Philip Talbot, 65, Care of Walton Hospital, Whitecotes Lane, Chesterfield. Assault. Discharged conditionally for six months. Must pay £100 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DRUGS

Mark Jarvis Rusling, 44, of Market Street, Clay Cross. Produced a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Fined £75 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Possession of 0.2grammes of cannabis. No separate penalty.

Christopher John Bird, 34, of The Croft, South Normanton, Alfreton. Possession of 32grammes of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B, with intent to supply. Possession of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Community order until July, 2015, with a curfew for four months, with electronic monitoring and supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lee Webster, 45, of Penrose Crescent, Arkwright Town, Chesterfield. Possession of heroin, a controlled class A drug. Fined £36 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Failed to surrender to custody. No separate penalty.

MOTORING

Laurence Anthony Oliver Booth, 22, of Acacia Crescent, Killamarsh. Drove a vehicle while unfit to drive through drugs. Community order until January, 2016, with unpaid work of 60 hours. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Paul Kevin Isaacs, 24, of Rose Avenue, Calow, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

James Matthew Smith, 32, of Hollingwood Crescent, Hollingwood, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £500 and must pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Kirsty Susan Akeroyd, 19, of Devonshire Weir, Watts Green, Ashford-in-the-Water, Bakewell. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £148 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £250 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

OTHER

Dennis McCauley Cass, 19, of Wheatley Avenue, Somercotes, Alfreton. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael David Quinn, 45, of Porter Street, Staveley. Committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely cashing a stolen cheque from a company called CP Environmental, intending to make a gain of £364. Fined £75 and must pay £100 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge. Failed to surrender to custody. No separate penalty.

Jason Anthony Neale Dluzewski, 33, of Church Street, Creswell. Harassment. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 18 months with employment training, building better relationships programme and supervision. Restraining order until January, 2017. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew McCord, 27, of Holland Road, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. Fined £260 and must pay a £26 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Maurice Geoffrey Wilson, 31, of Dartmouth Court, Arundel Close, Chesterfield. Dishonestly received stolen goods namely various electrical items, mobile phones and jewellery knowing or believing the goods to be stolen. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months with a drug rehabilitation requirement a thinking skills programme and supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Failed to surrender to custody. No separate penalty.

Anthony Alletson, 27, of Greenhill Lane, Riddings, Alfreton. Used violence for the purpose of securing entry to a property. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months. Restraining order to last until July, 2016. Must pay £250 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sheryl Louise Portas, 27, of Sycamore Avenue, Chesterfield. Damaged a window. Fined £164 and must pay £186 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

Matthew Sparrow, 18, of Sherwood Street, Leabrooks. Stole two alloy wheels and tyres. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £50 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Shaun Adrian Svilts, 44, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Stole foodstuffs valued at £50. Stole cans of alcohol. Community order until July, 2015, with supervision and a ban from entering the Spar, on Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Must pay £55 compensation and £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Vanessa Ann Ball, 26, of Devonshire Street, New Houghton. Used threatening behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months with a one year restraining order. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Anne Marie Mettam, 30, of Arundel Close, Newbold, Chesterfield. Dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention of stolen goods. Stole clothing. Possession of cannabis, a controlled class B drug. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for a theft. Dealt with for the original offence of theft which was subject to a conditional discharge. Community order until January, 2016, with drug rehabilitation and supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Jamie Lee Day, 23, of Ayncourt Road, North Wingfield, Chesterfield. Stole a bottle of aftershave. Wilfully interrupted Chesterfield magistrates’ court by being abusive to the bench. Committed to prison for seven weeks. Must pay £26.99 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge.

Sophie Anne Pirie, 32, of Birchen Close, Chesterfield. Stole perfume. Conviction of an offence while a community order was in force. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to a community order of stealing DVDs. Also dealt with for an original offence which was subject to a community order of having a foiled line bag for use in a theft. Community order until May, 2016, with a curfew for six weeks, electronic monitoring, a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision. Must pay £61.50 compensation and £85 costs.

Liam Michael Healey, 23, of No Fixed Abode, Stole a DVD box set. Stole biscuits valued at £1 belonging to Spar. Failed to comply with a community order with no adjudication. Dealt with for original offences which were subject to a community order including four thefts and an assault. Assaulted a police constable and used threatening behaviour and stole an ipod player. Committed to prison for 17 weeks.

Pavels Urtans, 24, of No Fixed Abode. Stole an iPad valued at £400 belonging to Currys/PC World. Discharged conditionally for six months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge.
