Kevin Kissane, 33, of Gorse Valley Way, Hasland, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £262 and must pay a £26 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Simon Nicholas Goodman, 56, of Boythorpe Crescent, Chesterfield. Failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £92 and must pay £20 victim surcharge and £250 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Robert lawrence Kirkwood, 34, of Castle Hill, Baslow Road, Bakewell. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £815 and must pay an £81 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Tony David Watson, 30, of Devonshire Road North, New Whittington, Chesterfield. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to an electricity pylon. Fined £233 and must pay a £23 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Driving record also endorsed with eight points. Failed to report the accident to police. No separate penalty.

Stephen Robert Owen, 46, of Greenfarm Close, Newbold, Chesterfield. Assault. Fined £110 and must pay £100 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £310 costs.

Kevin holmes, 23, of The Hill, Cromford. Assault. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

With a view to obtaining housing and council tax benefit made a false statement that she did not own or partly own property when she did. Failed to notify the council of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to housing and council tax benefit in that she commenced employment with a higher income. Failed to notify the council of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to housing benefit in that she had commenced employment with an increased income. Failed to notify the council of a change of circumstances affecting housing and council tax benefit namely that she was married. Another count of failing to notify the council of circumstances affecting housing benefit in that she was married. Dishonestly made a statement to the council in that she lived alone with her child when she lived with her husband. Failed to notify the council of a change affecting housing and council tax benefit namely that she received money from the sale of a property. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months with 100 hours of unpaid work.

Maurice flaherty, 52, of Alfreton Road, South Normanton. Made contact with someone he was prohibited from contacting by a restraining order. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge.
