Community order until September 2, 2015, with a curfew for four months and electronic monitoring. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Cameron Tryner, 20, of Arlington Drive, Swanwick, Alfreton. Assault. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order to last until October, 2016. Must pay £200 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge and £650 costs.

Theft

Adam William Doyle, 19, of Sheffield Road, Chesterfield. Stole eleven SD cards valued at £189 belonging to Asda Living. Discharge conditionally for one year. Must pay £189 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge.

Robert Morris, 50, of Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield. Stole razors and electric toothbrushes belonging to Boots. Stole an LCD TV valued at £300 from Co-op stores. Stole another electric toothbrush valued at £49.99 belonging to Boots. Stole an electric toothbrush valued at £69.99 belonging to Boots. Stole Channel toiletries valued at £665 belonging to Boots.
Stole more razors, valued at £50 from Boots. Committed a further offence during a suspended sentence for thefts. Dealt with for the original offences, relating to the suspended sentence, of stealing Chanel perfume, and four counts of stealing razors, and stealing two electric toothbrushes. Must pay £80 victim surcharge. Sentenced to 36 weeks of custody.
