Daniel Milner, 18, of Ironcliffe Road, Bolsover. Failed to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for three original offences of fraud, namely using others’ debit cards, which were subject to the community order. Committed to nine weeks’ detention suspended for 12 months with supervision and 80 hours of unpaid work.

Commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence for theft, assault and failing to surrender to bail. Suspended sentence varied to a prison term of 20 weeks suspended for 18 months with an employment, training and education requirement and supervision.

Adam Stephen Bingham, 23, of Gables Close, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Stole food valued at £34.65 belonging to Tesco Extra. Fined £87 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Stole food valued at £28.80 belonging to Life Style Fitness Centre. Fined £87. Must pay £28.80 compensation.

Lenard James Allen, 32, of Scarsdale Street, Bolsover. Stole handbag and an ipad from a VW Golf. Community order until September, 2015, with a curfew for eight weeks and electronic monitoring, a thinking skills programme and supervision. Must pay £12.50 compensation and £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Tony Hugh Wishart, 44, of Birchwood Crescent, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Stole a handbag, contents and an Apple ipad. Community order until September, 2015, with a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision. Fined £73 and must pay £12.50 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Royce Smedley, 62, of Hazel Grove, Matlock. Stole three cans of Red Bull and a bottle of mouthwash. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £45 costs. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of stealing a six-pack of Pepsi Max which was subject to the conditional discharge. No separate penalty.
