Lenard James Allen, 32, of Scarsdale Street, Bolsover. Stole handbag and an ipad from a VW Golf. Community order until September, 2015, with a curfew for eight weeks and electronic monitoring, a thinking skills programme and supervision. Must pay £12.50 compensation and £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Tony Hugh Wishart, 44, of Birchwood Crescent, Grangewood, Chesterfield. Stole a handbag, contents and an Apple ipad. Community order until September, 2015, with a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision. Fined £73 and must pay £12.50 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of stealing a six-pack of Pepsi Max which was subject to the conditional discharge. No separate penalty.
