Climber saved after ankle injury in Peak beauty spot
Rescuers came to the aid of an injured climber in the Peak District.
The 42–year–old man, of Wiltshire, was climbing at Stanage Edge on August 21 when he fell and sustained a suspected broken ankle.
Buxton and Edale mountain rescue teams carried him to the safety of an air ambulance. He was then taken to hospital.
