A consultation on the future of ambulance service in the Dales has drawn to a close.

East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) has proposed the closure of 16 ambulance stations across the county, including Bakewell and Matlock in a bid to save cash.

The service has also proposed the creation of two ‘super stations’ at Chesterfield and Derby.
