Cops bid to tackle nuisance drivers
Officers are heading out to clampdown on speeding and nuisance drivers in Wirksworth.
Police have received reports about young drivers causing a disturbance around Ravenstor Road, Wood Street, Nether Gardens and the Co-operative store car park on Harrison Drive in the town.
They have been gathering near homes and leaving their engines running and speeding around the area. Officers are now increasing patrols in the area to tackle the problem.
