Firefighter 'racially abused' in Chesterfield
A firefighter was allegedly subjected to racial abuse in Chesterfield last night.
Staveley Fire Station posted on Facebook that the incident happened at the junction of Walton Back Lane and Yew tree Drive in Somersall.
The post at 9pm on Sunday, May 31 says: “One of our firefighters was racially abused last night from a group of white men in a white three-door Corsa with black wheels on the junction of Walton Back Lane, Yew tree Drive, Somersall. Contact 0800 555111 with reference 274966.”
