Paul Weir, 52, Queen Street, Tideswell: Guilty of stalking. Adjourned for pre-sentence report.

Nathaniel Ward, 28, Chigwell Way, Barrow Hill: Guilty of threatening another with a breadknife and assault. Sent to Derby Crown Court for sentence.

John Haystead, 54, High Street, Clay Cross: Guilty of being within 100 metres of a named address while prohibited by non-molestation order. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and given rehabilitation activity requirement. Made subject of one-year restraining order. Made to pay victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £200. Guilty of breaching suspended sentence. Fined £100.

Lee Higginbottom, 31, Vernon Street, Brompton: Guilty of driving along a named road while prohibited by a non-molestation order. Fined £166, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and prosecution costs of £85. Guilty of attending an address while prohibited by a non-molestation order. No separate penalty.

Michael Hardstaff, 54, Iveagh Walk, Alfreton: Guilty of assault. Jailed for 13 weeks, given restraining order and made to pay compensation of £100. Guilty of making threat to kill. Jailed for 13 weeks concurrent. Guilty of stealing a food parcel of a value unknown. No separate penalty. Guilty of threatening behaviour. Jailed for 12 weeks concurrent and made to pay £50 compensation.

Michelle Gregory, 41, Harold Avenue, Langley Mill: Guilty of not ensuring authorised transport of household waste. Fined £120, made to pay £32 victim surcharge and court costs of £450.

Liam Harrison, 30, Greenhill Lane, Riddings: Guilty of not reporting a road traffic accident and driving while above the legal alcohol limit. Given eight-week curfew with electronic tag, between 8pm and 6am, banned from driving for 20 months.

Nicholas Kearney, 59, Saxelby Close, Riddings: Guilty of breaching community order by being absent for a full 12-hour curfew period. Fined £40, made to pay £60 court costs.

Jonathan Titterton, 37, Macclesfield Road, Buxton: Guilty of stealing a chocolate bar to the value of 30p belonging to Aldi. No separate penalty.

Jason Thomas, 42, Beauvale Drive, Ilkeston: Guilty of interfering with a motor vehicle. Fined £80, ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Alton Raim, 36, Hurst Rise, Matlock: Guilty of driving without insurance. Adjourned while a Turkish translator is sought.

Marcus Griffin, 27, Limetree Avenue, Darley Dale: Guilty of driving while banned and without insurance. Fined £140, ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Craig Bates, 48, Coach Road, Ripley: Guilty of stealing two bottles of Glenfiddich whiskey to the value of £32.98. Jailed for six weeks due to very poor record and offending while subject to post-sentence supervision. Made to pay £128 victim surcharge.
