Richard Bowler, 52, of Oakerthorpe Road, Bolehill, Matlock. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a Barclays bank card. Fined £270 and must pay a £30 victim charge and £85 costs. Indicated a guilty plea to four counts of fraud by making a false representation by using a contactless bank card to make a gain of £26, £23.49, £13.35 and £23.59. Fined £540 and must pay £26, £23.49, £13.35 and £23.59 in compensation.

Lee Anthony Coates, 25, of Hill Grove, Barrow Hill, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with the responsible officer. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to the community order of harassment by sending messages. Committed to prison for ten weeks suspended for 12 months with 60 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £60 costs.

Daniel James Kay, 32, of Devonshire Terrace, Holmesfield, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with a responsible officer. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the community order including stealing a charity tin and contents belonging to the Ray of Hope charity, stealing meat belonging to the Co-op and failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Darren Michael Morton, 51, of Campbell Drive, Barrow Hill, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to attempting to steal a bottle of Gordon’s Gin. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of Bavaria gin valued at £12 belonging to Iceland. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Sherrie Annette Heenan, 42, of Ward Drive, Somercotes, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to stealing clothing, Community order to last until January 6, 2020, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Fined £100 and must pay £18 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Lee Parkes, 42, of HM Prison, Perry Road, Nottingham. Found guilty of being drunk in public at Holywell Street, Chesterfield, in an exclusion zone which he was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Committed an offence during a suspended sentence order imposed for three offences of breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order, assaulting a police officer and a Bail Act offence. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the suspended sentence order including two counts of being drunk in public and causing harassment which he was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order, one count of consuming alcohol in public which he was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order, assaulting a police officer and failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.

Adam Luke Tarr, 23, of Middlecroft Road South, Staveley. Pleaded guilty to harassment by sending messages through the social media application Snapchat. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Community order to last until January 6, 2020, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 120 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order to last until January 6, 2021.
