Cromford canal charity seeks new friends
A charity tasked with restoring an historic canal to its former glory is looking for new supporters to keep it afloat.
Friends of Cromford Canal will hold a recruitment open day at Cromford Wharf on Tuesday, March 31, between 10am and 4pm, at which wannabe volunteers will be able to sign up and take a brief trip on the Birdswood narrow boat.
