Derbyshire traffic: Roadworks cause delays on M1

There is heavy traffic on the M1 southbound between junction 29, A617 (Chesterfield) and junction 28, A38 (Alfreton) due to roadworks.

Traffic is moving slowly on the A38 northbound between the A516 Mickleover and the A52 Ashbourne Road, Derby, in the roadworks area.

There is congestion on the A52 eastbound in Derby at the Markeaton Island in the roadworks area.
