DERBYSHIRE: Travel updates for Tuesday, October 1

A50 Derbyshire - One lane closed and queueing traffic for two miles on A50 eastbound in Sudbury between Sudbury Roundabout and J6, A511 (Scropton), because of an accident involving car that has struck a tree and recovery work. Travel time is around 30 minutes.

A52 Derbyshire - Stop-start traffic on A52 Brian Clough Way inbound between the M1 J25 junction in Stapleford and Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham.

B6407 Derbyshire - B6407 Portland Road in Shirebrook closed in both directions between the Station Road junction and the Ashbourne Street junction, because of earlier building fire. Expect delays.

M1 Derbyshire - Queueing traffic on the exit slip road on M1 southbound at J28, A38 (Alfreton).

M1 Derbyshire - Queueing traffic on M1 southbound between J25, A52 (Nottingham) and J24a, A50 (Derby).

A38 Derbyshire - Slow traffic on A38 northbound in Derby between Palm Court Island and Little Eaton Island.
