Estate agent to go on trial for fraud

An estate agent has pleaded not guilty to three charges of fraud.

Helen Gregory, 54, of Valley Road, Spital, allegedly kept tenants’ money by opting not to pay it into the Deposit Protection Service.

She will go on trial Derby Crown Court on August 11.
