Fire crews called out to blaze in a building
Chesterfield firefighters were called out after reports of a building fire.
The fire was discovered in a log burner in a single storey building on Coronation Road, Chesterfield, about 10.40am, today, Saturday, February 27.
A Derbyshire fire service spokesman said: “A log burner was on fire in a single-storey building which was about 10metres by 10metres.
“Firefighters used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.”
The building was made safe by about 11.15am, according to the fire service.
