Firefighters tackle Peak District grass fire
An area of grassland in the Peak District has been damaged by fire.
Firefighters from Glossop used beaters and water jets to extinguish the blaze, which affected 100 square meters of land on the A6024 at Woodhead.
The alarm was raised at 8.07pm last night (Friday), with firefighters remaining at the scene for around an hour.
