Youngsters have learn about the bible while having fun at a Starkholmes church.
St Giles Church, in Church Street, is hosting Godly Play sessions every third Wednesday of the month.
The sessions are informal and children are told bible stories using props.
They can then get involved in some hands on learning with craft activities, singing and colouring in.
Afterward they can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat.
Godly Play is seen as a creative, imaginative approach to Christian nurture, based on long established, tried and tested approaches.
The next session will be in the church on Wednesday, September 19, between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.
