Great news for young disabled

Students with learning difficulties in Hope Valley will benefit from a new education centre for over-16s.

Hope Valley College, in Hope, will get a new building and re-designate its age range from 11 to 16 to 11 to 18.

Cllr Jim Coyle, the county council’s deputy cabinet member for children and young people, said: “This is great news for young people with disabilities.”
