As a consequence, her licence was revoked by the DVLA once the time limit had elapsed.

The defendant, of Mersey Bank Road, was stopped in her silver Peugeot at Glossop Market Ground, off Market Street, at about 11am on December 14 last year.

Mellor was ordered to pay to a £200 fine, £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge and her licence was endorsed with three points.
